Hello! I received my first box yesterday. I have a couple questions/concerns. The FAQ on the website states, "How many treats are in each box? We try to keep a minimum of 15-20 per crate, but sometimes we feel the need to spoil you and throw in some extras." After reading the FAQ my brain registered 15-20 snacks (also seen on an Insta post at the end of February) and was disappointed when the box arrived. I now see that the 12 month subscription says that it contains 10-12 snacks. Are there two different boxes offered? Or is the FAQ info outdated? I purchased the subscription to share with the houseless outreach for which I volunteer and obviously 15-20 snacks enter more hands than the 10-12 that I now notice on the subscription that I chose.
One other thing, I scanned the QR Code on the pamphlet that came in the box and the information does not correspond to this month's selections or at least not the contents of the box I got.
