What is TasteCrate?

TasteCrate is for those who like trying new things at restaurants. You, brave soul. You, who hit all the latest bistros and post Insta photos of your cocktails. We made this for you. We spend every waking moment (well, almost) looking for amazing treats for your crate. From rare and exotic companies you've been wanting to try — to new startup brands making delicious and innovative snacks you're sure to enjoy.

How many treats are in each box?

We try to keep a minimum of 15-20 per crate, but sometimes we feel the need to spoil you and throw in some extras.

How do I join TasteCrate?

  1. Use the Get Started button on TasteCrate.com.
  2. Pick the frequency you’d like to pay for.
  3. Fill out the forms with all the usuals (address, email, etc.), and off you go.

Can I choose what I get?

Where's the fun in that? Don't you like surprises? We spend hours and hours curating each box to ensure you are trying things you've probably never seen before (and certainly never tasted).


Shipping

How soon will I get my first crate?

Your first box will ship within 3-5 days of your order being placed. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary from month to month. You can always check the status of your order (and see when it will ship) in the Snack Tracker on your account page.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship anywhere within the US of A (including its territories, military bases, and embassies). If we’re not shipping to you just yet, give us a shout, and we'll see what we can do. We aim to please.

How do I change my shipping address?

  1. Log in on TasteCrate.com with your username and password
  2. Click on the “Shipping and Billing” tab
  3. Click the “Update” button
  4. Change your shipping address in the boxes

Boom. You just updated your shipping address. Make sure your address is updated before the 1st of the month, or guess what happens? It goes to the old address and then you miss out because someone else will eat all of it first. What the what? Don't let that happen to you, sunshine. Update before the 1st.


Payment

How do I change my payment information?

  1. Log in on TasteCrate.com with your awesome username and password
  2. Choose the Shipping and Billing Tab
  3. Use the Update button. Three guesses what it does.
  4. Change your shipping address and billing information in the fields

That’s it, crusher. You updated your payment method like a boss.

By the way, payment methods need to be updated before the 1st of the month, or else — you guessed it — we end up charging the wrong card. Yikes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover). No eBay trades or Baby Yodas.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails during renewals, we’ll retry your payment method up to five times.

If payment fails after the final retry, you will skip that box. You will continue to renew monthly and we’ll retry your payment method for the next box.

If the payment method on file fails for two renewals, your subscription will then be expired.

When will I be billed?

Did you just purchase? Then now. Your first month's crate of loveliness is getting ready. Every month, expect the billing to take place on the same day as your initial purchase date.

How do I change my subscription?

  1. Log in on TasteCrate.com with your super-sexy username and password
  2. Got to the Subscription Details Tab. Yeah, that one.
  3. Use the Change button. You won't become a butterfly. Promise.
  4. Choose a new plan from the drop-down menu. Easy-peasy.

That’s it! You have successfully updated your subscription plan. Please note that subscription plans need to be updated before the 1st of the month, otherwise your payment method will be charged for the plan we have on file.

Do you offer refunds?

Sorry, no we do not.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log in on TasteCrate.com with your username and password
  2. Click on the “Subscription” Tab
  3. Click the “Cancel Next Plan” button
